After I started eating full keto, my imagination began to fail me when it came to ways to prepare the breakfast foods I am allowed.

Eating the same meal nearly every day (I’m looking at you scrambled eggs) left me feeling bored and anxious.

And anyone who has dieted for more than a couple of days knows that boredom can quickly lead to temptation, which can eventually lead to binging, which starts the whole cycle over again.

I found one of the best ways to keep on track is to start my day with new keto breakfast recipes that taste so good I can’t wait to wake up and start my day.

With just a little inspiration, as well as some experimentation, I found nearly two dozen keto breakfast recipes that got me excited again about my keto breakfast.
