Easy Keto Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

These easy keto chocolate chip butter cookies are the stuff ketogenic diet dreams are made of. This simple recipe uses almond flour and butter to make a chewy and delicious low carb cookie. Even the cookie dough tastes like the real thing.

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • Cream together butter, sweeteners, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add baking powder and almond flour. Mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips to your desired amount. 
  • Scoop or roll by hand in 1 inch balls and place on silicone mat, parchment-lined, or greased cookie sheet.  Bake 5 minutes
  • Remove cookie sheet from oven and press each cookie gently with a fork in a crosshatch pattern.
  • Continue baking for 18-20 minutes.
  • Remove and cool completely on wire rack.

Notes

Pack the brown Swerve, just like you would regular brown sugar, by pressing it firmly into the measuring cup.
We prefer less chocolate chips in ours.  Adjust yours according to your preference.
These cookies are quick and simple to make!  But, trust me the money is in the wait.  The taste and texture greatly improves when cooled completely.
