Preheat oven to 300 F.
Cream together butter, sweeteners, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add baking powder and almond flour. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips to your desired amount.
Scoop or roll by hand in 1 inch balls and place on silicone mat, parchment-lined, or greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes
Remove cookie sheet from oven and press each cookie gently with a fork in a crosshatch pattern.
Continue baking for 18-20 minutes.
Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
Pack the brown Swerve, just like you would regular brown sugar, by pressing it firmly into the measuring cup.
